Flamborough Tool & Mould has adopted Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Statistical Quality Control (SQC) as standard operating procedures in our manufacturing process. And we prevent potential problems by using tools such as:

• Advanced Quality Planning (AQP)
• Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis (PFMEA) and
• Risk Analysis.

We also use a computer-driven 3-D inspection system which is capable of generating a report for each part we manufacture.

Our experienced staff is vigilant throughout the manufacturing, finishing and assembly process, having participated in training on the Deming philosophy to quality manufacturing. And our team-oriented work model facilitates collaboration within our shop and with our customers. This enables a smooth flow of work and helps to increase communication and decrease errors. We think this model is one of the key ways we’re able to maintain the high service and product quality standards for which we’re known.
