Mould & Die Engineering
To determine the best manufacturing solution, we evaluate materials, construct experimental tooling and use statistical methods to verify design theory conclusions.
Our highly experienced in-house Mould Engineering and Programming Department is powered by state-of-the-art UGS modeling systems:
- DELCAM POWER MILL – for 2D and 3D CNC Programming
- DELCAM POWER SHAPE – for model work
- ESPRIT – 2D and 3D for machine tool and wire EDM programming
- UNIGRAGHICS – for model and design work
We can support machining programs from any source, including customer-supplied electronic models. We can:
- Generate models from 2D drawings
- Reverse engineer
- Generate an inspection report for each part
- Design original models from customer objectives
Robot Gripping Systems
Our robust builds are designed to be production-friendly, holding up in the harshest environments. We’re uncompromising on the use of quality components and we engineer our systems for maximum simplicity, durability and overall longevity. It’s all part of the quality-service we offer.

High-Tech Steel Work and Welding
We can weld Anviloy and Dievar as well as all standard steels such as H-13. Having a pre-heat furnace onsite helps make your production process time- and cost–efficient. And the quality of work is controlled and inspected under our ISO standards.

Die Cast Repair & Refurbishment
We have extensive experience with the replacement or repair of die inserts, sub-inserts, slide tips and core pins. Many customers utilize these services during scheduled preventative maintenance programs.
